What photo print sizes are available for purchase?
Each photo is offered in the following dimensions: 5x7 inches, 8x12 inches, and 12x18 inches. If you would like to purchase a larger print size, contact 7521.
Are photo prints framed?
All photo prints are unframed unless specified in product options or described in text as being framed.
Can I purchase photo prints if I live outside of the U.S.?
At this time, photo prints are available for purchase for U.S. customers only.
How can I keep track of my orders?
You will receive an email with a package tracking number once your purchase ships.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production print turnaround times range from 2-5 business days. Once the order is ready to ship, standard shipping will take approximately 4-8 business days and expedited shipping will take approximately 2-3 business days. You will receive a package tracking number once the order has shipped.

Can you tell me more about the photo printing process? How is the quality of the prints?
Sure can! The printing process is through a high-end professional printing service and is extremely accurate and reliable. Chromogenic Prints should hold their original quality for 60 years in normal lighting conditions. As a bonus, because the image is essentially baked into the paper itself, these prints are both scratch and water resistant.
